- 1.5-2tbsp peanut butter (all natural Skippy for me)
- 1/2 banana

- 1/2 cup oatmeal (cooked in 1 cup milk), topped with approximately 1/2 cup fresh blueberries, 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts, and a light drizzle of honey

- My sofa after over 2 hours exercising
The Meal:
- Lean Cuisine BBQ Chicken Pizza (not too bad if you don’t think of it as pizza and are okay with having lots of sodium)
- Mixed Green Salad topped with chopped carrots and dressed with an Olive Oil Red Wine Vinaigrette
- Table Red Wine
